On 11 March 2026, Saudi Press Agency reported a work plan covering 22 proposed joint initiatives in investment, trade, finance, energy, industry and infrastructure. On 28 June, TOBB reported a memorandum of understanding with the Federation of Saudi Chambers. A plan and an MoU are not evidence that 22 fully financed projects have closed.

Investment implications

For project underwriting, identify the actual counterparty, location, budget and tender documents before including bilateral cooperation in revenue forecasts. Export and construction suppliers should distinguish access to a business forum from a signed purchase contract. Exchange-rate sensitivity and contract enforceability remain deal-specific.
