It demonstrates talent, product-building capability and global distribution from Türkiye, including Izmir and Istanbul. HubX is a scaled case, so its valuation should not be copied as a multiple for an early-stage studio without comparable economics.
An app studio is not a single-product SaaS
Measure revenue by app, cohort retention, LTV/CAC, advertising versus subscription mix, app-store/payment fees, cloud/AI/API cost, launch hit rate and how growth, design and engineering teams are shared across the portfolio.
Break down platform and concentration risk
Test dependence on Apple/Google policies, privacy and ad-tracking changes, concentration in one app/country, IP ownership, reliance on an AI model/provider, user-acquisition inflation, data governance and key-person exposure.
Investor evidence pack
Request cohort retention, revenue/contribution by app-country-platform, marketing spend, unit economics, cloud/AI cost, IP chain of title, privacy/security records and use-of-proceeds. Downloads are an operating metric; durable value depends on monetisation, retention and repeatable product creation.
