Invest in Türkiye reported more than 300 corporate exhibitors/startups from 70 countries, 150 speakers and over 100 investors collectively managing more than USD 100 billion. That is a strong ecosystem signal—but an event should create a diligence pipeline, not an investment recommendation.

What the event reveals about the ecosystem

Global cloud, AI and infrastructure companies alongside Turcorn 100 firms and startups show that Türkiye’s technology ecosystem is increasingly connected to international capital and customers. Participation itself, however, is not evidence of investability.

Real diligence starts after the exhibition

For each shortlisted company request the relevant revenue model, ARR/MRR where applicable, retention, gross margin, CAC/payback, burn/runway, customer contracts, IP, data security, cloud/model-provider dependence, cap table and prior financing history.

Separate four different investment maps

AI software, data centres/cloud, cybersecurity/enterprise software and consumer apps require different underwriting. Infrastructure is driven by power, contracts and CAPEX; SaaS by recurrence, retention and margin; apps by acquisition economics; cybersecurity by sales cycles, implementation and renewal.

Turn contacts into a measurable pipeline

Record company, vertical, stage, round size, customers, missing evidence, owner and next action. Within 30 days every lead should move to reject, monitor, data room or term-sheet preparation.
